Her Inspiration to Become a Therapist
Caroline’s journey into therapy was deeply influenced by her own personal experiences with adversity and trauma. Having seen the profound impact that therapy can have—both in her own life and in the lives of her loved ones—Caroline felt called to help others navigate their struggles. She believes that no one should have to face their challenges alone, and that having a supportive, compassionate presence can be a powerful catalyst for healing. Caroline is passionate about being that person for her clients, holding hope for them when they’re unable to, and walking beside them as they move toward growth and self-discovery. She loves helping people realize they don’t have to carry everything on their own and providing the space where they can feel truly seen and supported.
When Caroline Isn’t Working
Caroline loves spending time outdoors, particularly near water, and enjoys activities such as hiking and traveling. She loves a good documentary, enjoys reading (always open to recommendations), and recently started a side gig as a travel agent, finding joy in exploring new places. Caroline also enjoys cheering for Boston and UConn sports teams, spending quality time with her dog, and cooking meals to share with family and friends.
